In general we would always recommend the MimioView. It has the benefits of a high quality camera which delivers a good A3 image, has the capabilitity for autofocus and gives a sharp image even when zooming right in to the object. It has 2 bright lights which come on independent arms to give the ideal lighting on any subject and comes with the excellent Mimio software which the teacher can choose to use or else the MimioView can be used with existing software.
Once the software on the MimioView is loaded it takes less than 10 seconds to have the visualiser up and running when the teacher comes in to the room. The MimioView must be connect to the Laptop or computer and is connected by 1 USB cable which makes it very easy to move and clutter free on the desk. It is exceptional value at ONLY €495 including VAT
In comparison, visualisers that connect direct to the projector require 4 cables – VGA in, VGA out, Power cable and USB to computer.

If you require a high quality Visualiser to connect direct to the projector and give an A3 image then the Elmo L12 is the best option at a cost of €745. The Avermedia CP135 will connect direct to the projector at €415.
